📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment,Monitor and maintain network performance and security,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Maintain and update IT documentation and records,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and equipment,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures,Work with the IT team to identify and resolve IT issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role,Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software,Familiarity with network technologies and security best practices,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
