📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and monitor budgets for various business units
• Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls
• Provide financial support and guidance to business units
• Manage and supervise junior staff in the finance department
• Participate in financial planning and forecasting activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in budgeting and accounts payable
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
