In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Maintain and update financial records and reports.,Handle cash and non-cash payments, including insurance claims and credit card transactions.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.,Resolve any financial discrepancies or issues that arise.,Work collaboratively with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or financial role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Knowledge of basic healthcare terminology is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
