As an Operations & Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to implement and maintain best practices, and you'll be responsible for the overall performance and reliability of our systems and infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities, systems, and infrastructure.
- Lead and manage a team of operations and maintenance staff.
- Implement and maintain best practices for operations and maintenance.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of systems and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Monitor and report on the performance of facilities, systems, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance management.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Certification in Facility Management (FM) or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
