📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial and operational data,Identifying and assessing risks and opportunities, and proposing mitigation strategies,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards,Providing training and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control, and auditing standards,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus
