📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Assist in training and mentoring junior sales representatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
