📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the front desk and provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Process payments using cash and card machines, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and payment area.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking and organizing supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cash and sanitation procedures.
• Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a food and beverage or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
