📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for fintech lending and BNPL operations in Bali, aligning with the company's vision and market needs.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, payment processors, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Drive growth initiatives, such as partnerships, marketing campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations for business development.
• Manage a team of local and regional staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Country Manager or similar role in the fintech, lending, or BNPL industry, with a focus on Southeast Asia.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian fintech landscape, including regulations, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with fintech lending and BNPL platforms, as well as relevant software and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Stripe.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Certifications in financial services, compliance, or project management are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the fintech or banking industry.
