📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective distribution strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.,Manage and oversee the distribution team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Conduct market analysis and research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the distribution network.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the distribution team, providing feedback and coaching as needed to improve performance and productivity.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in the distribution process.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align distribution efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and objectives.,Strong knowledge of distribution management principles, practices, and strategies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and distribution management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
