As a Lead Product Engineer at A*STAR, you’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of medical devices and software from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with A*STAR’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate engineering, clinical, and regulatory expertise into product design.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform design decisions and mitigate potential issues.
• Oversee compliance with international medical device regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, CE).
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Publish and present research findings at conferences and in peer-reviewed journals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in MedTech to drive innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product development for medical devices or software, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Proficiency in CAD tools like SolidWorks and mechanical analysis software like ANSYS.
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA, CE).
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and project management tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.
