As a Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/outs efficiently and courteously.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and databases.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in training and mentoring junior receptionists to ensure high standards of service.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid SIM card and driving license (preferred).
