📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the restaurant has the necessary ingredients and supplies.,Plan and execute special events and promotions to increase customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with budgeting and financial management.,Familiarity with marketing and customer engagement strategies.
