📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Promote products and services effectively to potential customers.
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
  • Assist in training new staff and mentoring junior team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with sales software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
