📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier relationships.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.,Manage the entire procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of supply needs.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives.,Liaise with external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and industry associations, to maintain strong relationships and foster collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.,Proficient in using procurement software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
