📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for warehouse items.,Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient procurement.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points as needed.,Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and invoices.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in regular stock-taking and audits to ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, warehouse management, or procurement.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
