As a Community Program Manager at Island Connect Initiatives, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing community programs that address local needs and opportunities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement community programs that address local needs and opportunities
• Foster local partnerships with community leaders, government agencies, and other stakeholders
• Monitor and evaluate program performance to ensure effectiveness and sustainability
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs and engage the community
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to support program goals
• Develop and present reports on program outcomes and impact
• Attend and participate in community events and activities
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in community development and program management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community program management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of local government policies and procedures in Bangka Belitung
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
