📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender documents for marine construction projects.
• Administer contracts, including preparation, negotiation, and administration.
• Monitor project costs and prepare regular progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide technical support to project teams, including cost analysis and advice.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marine construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine construction, preferably in cost estimation and contract administration.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Navisworks, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of marine construction processes and materials.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field is a plus.
