📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate student accommodation, including room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Foster a sense of community among students by organizing social events and activities.
• Resolve accommodation-related issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to enhance the living experience for students.
• Maintain accurate records of student accommodation information using our in-house system.
• Promote and enforce university policies related to housing, such as visitation rules and conduct standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of student affairs initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in student housing, accommodation management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of university policies, regulations, and best practices in student housing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
