In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks, including preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate tax filings. You will work closely with our accounting team to provide financial support and analysis, helping us make informed business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines, including filing tax returns and maintaining accurate tax records.
• Provide financial support and analysis to the accounting team, including data entry and report generation.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Maintain and update financial policies and procedures as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
