📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of our restaurants.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
• Provide training to frontline staff on basic maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement maintenance strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in the F&B or QSR industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Certification in health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, SMK3) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
