📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchant payment solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Optimize transaction processes using SAP Ariba and Oracle NetSuite to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for merchant services growth.
• Monitor and analyze payment performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects.
• Stay updated on emerging payment technologies and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to merchants on best practices for payment processing and fraud prevention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in merchant services, payment processing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in driving merchant acquisition and retention.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, including SAP Ariba and Oracle NetSuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
