• Create visually stunning and engaging content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with Haideo’s brand voice and goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and concepts
• Source, edit, and optimize visuals for social media posts, including images, videos, and graphics
• Monitor and analyze social media performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Assist in the development of content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent and timely posting
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and other interactions on our social media channels

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Brand Content Creator or similar role, preferably in the digital marketing industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work and social media content
• Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
